Frequently asked questions

The most accurate estimate is your previous experience: if you have already ordered cleaning for a similar property, you can use that timing. If you have no prior experience or your property is non-standard, send us your request and our manager will contact you, clarify the details (size, cleaning type, bathrooms, windows, and special requirements), and provide an approximate duration.

Our manager contacts you within 1 hour after you send us your request (during working hours 8:00–20:00). We confirm the date and time and finalize booking details.

No upfront payment is required. Payment is made on-site after the cleaning is completed, in cash or by card. We value trust and reliability.

Please mention this in your booking notes. We will assess the complexity and confirm the final price. We love pets, but we need to know in advance to choose suitable products.

Maintenance cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, wet floor cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen.
Deep cleaning: everything from maintenance cleaning + window washing, cleaning appliances inside, baseboards, doors, radiators, and detailed treatment of all surfaces.

Yes, we do. This is especially convenient for rental properties. We agree on key handover details when confirming your booking. We take full responsibility for the safety of your property while we work.

We do not provide: pool cleaning, industrial properties, warehouses, garages, construction sites, or construction waste removal.

Yes, you can. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, rescheduling or cancellation is free. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment is subject to a €30 fee.
